Workforce Strategy Lead

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for leading the development and implementation of sophisticated human capital and talent management strategies for various clients and client organization, as part of a comprehensive transformation program, or as a focused effort exclusively devoted to workforce management. Support business development and marketing activities across the region, and ensure successful delivery through direct personal involvement and through assigning well-trained and qualified staff. Recruit, hire, lead and develop a team of effective and motivated consultants, applying well-documented methodologies, including employing benchmarks of relevant public and private organizations. Work closely with leaders in the market to address risks and challenges, and build a strong network across the team.

Basic Qualifications:

-10 years of experience with leading teams delivering human capital and workforce management strategies and analysis

-Experience in developing and executing human capital or talent management strategies for public or private organizations of at least 5,000 employees

-Knowledge of US and international government and industry regulations and standards associated with human capital, including regional standards and practices

-Ability to develop a complete and compelling human capital or workforce management strategy in response to client questions or requirements

-Ability to describe various applicable workforce strategy options, including explaining strengths and weaknesses and assessing a most appropriate strategy for a given client organization

-MA or MS degree

-Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) or other human resource industry Certification

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with developing comprehensive proposals for human capital or workforce talent assessments and human capital strategies

-Experience in delivering human capital or workforce management strategies for public or private organizations in the MENA region

-Knowledge of generating documents and presentations in commercial style
