Leidos Systems Manager in VIENNA, Virginia

The Systems Manager will manage technical requests for internationally-deployed hardware and software solutions. The primary responsibilities for this position include responding to customer requests and troubleshooting technical issues. The Systems Manager will correspond with customers on a regular basis to discuss feature requests, system status, and work to resolve an technical issues.
Additional responsibilities include briefing senior management and ensuring that service level agreements are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/IT, or 12+ years equivalent experience
• Minimum 3+ years of Linux System Engineering experience
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Linux, scripting languages, TCP/IP networking, and SQL
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and Help Desk software applications
• Demonstrated success using Kanban or Scrum
