            Job Overview:
            Small law office is looking for an Admin Assistant to help out with the day-to-day activities in the office. They will be responsible for answering phones, greeting guests, handling the mail, and scheduling appointments. There will also be opportunity to assist with accounting and marketing. This position could turn into a full-time permanent position.
            Job Duties:
            * Answering Phones.
            * Greeting the clients.
            * Assisting on various projects that are given by the lawyers.
            * Scheduling appointments.
            * Handling the incoming and outgoing mail.
            * Assist with marketing and accounting as needed.Job Qualifications:
            * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
            * At least six months of office experience.
            * Current student or completed Bachelors Degree.
            * Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
            * Comfortable with Microsoft office products.
            * Work full-time hours, 9AM to 6PM.
