As aTalent Sourcer, you will partner with all members of our Talent Acquisition team and focus on driving the candidate pipeline to hire positions across all business units. You will develop a deep understanding of QTS, our culture, and the desired qualifications in developing comprehensive sourcing strategies. This position plays a critical role in ensuring QTS has a high-quality talent pipeline available at all times.

In addition to pipeline generation, you will gather, maintain and share market intelligence and knowledge of competitive companies in each QTS region.

This is a contract opportunity focused on results including lead generation and quality hires. Work location is open to any of our major markets (Atlanta, GA; Dulles, VA; Overland Park, KS). Other locations will be considered as well as virtual employment.

RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties may be assigned

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and source for high priority positions across the business

  • Use sourcing tools and techniques to identify top talent through social media, job boards, networking, referrals, and Boolean searches, including candidate contact information

  • Identify new and creative strategies to find and connect with passive candidates/leads

  • Gain a strong understanding of hiring profiles across the business as well as urgent hiring needs

  • Measure and track pipeline activity and share results

  • Craft custom and meaningful outreach to encourage engagement when needed

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience

  • Two or more years of successful candidate sourcing experience

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sourcing strategies

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Five or more years of successful candidate sourcing experience

  • Strong Project Management and prioritization skills

  • Experience supporting remote customers
