We are seeking a US Military Veteran, National Guardsman, Reservist, and/or Military Spouse to apply for a Proposal Manager. Will lead the proposal development process in response to U.S. government and commercial requests for proposals. Responsibilities:Assist in defining compelling win themes and discriminatorsPlan proposal development, production support activities, the master proposal schedule, and the proposal preparation processAnalyze the government solicitation, identify all requirements and criteria for evaluation, and prepare detailed proposal outlineCoordinate and manage the efforts of technical, management, contracts, and pricing staffConduct frequent proposal status meetings to review progress Conduct storyboarding workshops that present overall proposal strategiesReview completed storyboards and sections to ensure requirements are adequately addressedIntegration of proposal tactics, implementation of themes, discriminators, and competitive ghostingCreate the proposal compliance matrix, track and ensure the fulfillment of all requirementsEnsure the proposal conforms to solicitation instructions and evaluation criteriaDirect writing/editing/rewriting efforts as neededDirect post color review recovery activities; track all recovery actions through resolutionDevelop Lessons Learned for submitted proposals; schedule post-submission meeting with team members to disseminate lessons learned and discuss improvement Qualifications:US Veteran, National Guardsman, Reservist, or Military Spouse (write your status on your resume)Bachelorand#39;s with 5 yearsand#39; experience; or Masterand#39;s degree with 3 years; and/or 8 years of proposal management experience in lieu of a degree with relevant Proposal experienceMust have APMP Certification requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to understand and communicate technical concepts in a compelling, persuasive manner to evaluatorsMust have familiarity with the federal (desired State and Local) contract bid process and requirements, task orders and Federal Acquisition Regulation requirements, and how proposals are evaluatedProven ability to analyze requirements, and synthesize information to support development of win themes and value propositionsMust be highly computer literate and proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
