NHS is currently seeking Administrative Assistant to join our NHS IDD division in our Richmond, VA location.

POSITION DETAILS

Provide a variety of administrative duties to include personnel records maintenance, assisting with new employee on-boarding, coordinating and scheduling meetings, collection and distribution of data, etc. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.

  • Performs administrative work as directed by the Regional Directors, Day Support and Community Engagement Coordinators, and State Director.

  • Experience in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and software including Microsoft Office Suite, Share Point, and Survey Monkey.

  • Demonstrate ability to effectively multitask; maintain accurate records, statistics, and files according to established system is required.

  • Candidate must be detail oriented and organized, as well as communicate professionally with individuals from a variety of backgrounds.

  • Experience in secretarial/administrative assistant support work, preferably in a non-profit organization as well as a demonstrated history of strong initiative is desired.
