Team Summary: The US OCP Channel Sales team is aligned to the Field operating Units across Public Sector, Enterprise Units and SMC Corporate. The Channel Sales team drives and executes the channel management strategy to maximize revenue, consumption of cloud services and renewals across customer success lifecycle in the assigned territory. The Channel Managers align and collaborates with individuals across the Territory Field, Build-With, Go-To-Market, Licensing and Operations teams to ensure partner offerings are aligned to customer requirements. This is a team of high performing individuals who execute the relevant priority Go-to-Market plays, ensuring optimum customer success with partners in territory. Role Summary: The US OCP Channel Sales team has an immediate opening for a National Business Manager/Chief of Staff supporting the VP, US Channel Sales This crucial role supports team achievement of revenue, scorecard, cloud consumption, and cost management objectives, manages the rhythm of the business (ROB) and helps foster a people oriented environment that thrives on collaboration and individual development. Key Responsibilities include: Manage the Rhythm of the Business with focus on Revenue attainment, Scorecard and Cloud Consumption Work with VP to align team commitments and measurement across stakeholders Work with VP to optimize headcount and resources as well as develop Cloud Transformation and growth strategy Lead and organize US OCP Sell With team participation in all Reviews including cross segment US and WW QBUs Lead and orchestrate annual OCP Sell With business planning effort Co-lead efforts to assure high employee morale, strong WHI and positive work environment Drive critical executive communication deliverables - internal and external (clients and partners) Oversee execution of US OCP Sell with team Quarterly All Hands and Awards programs Drive Fast Start, Readiness and Training initiatives Serve as chief of staff/operations for US OCP Sell With team, directing and coordinating the efforts of sales excellence, finance and executive administration Qualifications and Skills: Seasoned business professional with multi-disciplinary experience - Senior Sales leader or sales management experience preferred Demonstrated excellent analytical, problem resolution and decision-making skills Superior judgment, team building, budgeting, presentation skills, and the ability to work under deadline pressure Strong oral and written communication skills, including slide concept creation, requirements documents and presentation-building Strong networking and interpersonal skills with ability to build positive working relationships across senior leadership teams The ability to work effectively in a loosely structured team environment that demands a high degree of cooperation, flexibility, teaming, cross group and real-time responsiveness Strong project management and negotiation skills while working within established business priorities and constraints Experience across Enterprise and Corporate segments and partner businesses a plus Minimum 10 -12 years of business relevant experience An undergraduate B.A. or B.S. degree is required. MBA preferred. This position is based in the East Region of the US and travel is required. NOTE: Relocation is not available for this role.
