Job Description

The Manufacturing Coach is responsible for leading production employees in manufacturing products by organizing and monitoring work flow.

Core Responsibilities

·Coordinate and organize production resources

·Administer accurate records for attendance and payroll

·Set objectives and goals for production employees

·Support team­based management processes

Additional Responsibilities

·Evaluate team member performance, provide feedback and counseling

·Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures

·Ensure safe work environment and that employees work safely

·Coordinate problem identification and corrective action plan

·Maintain inventory accuracy within area of responsibility

·Manage training processes

·Provide conflict resolution among employees and peers

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

·Two year Associates Degree or equivalent experience

·Previous supervisory/coaching experience in a manufacturing environment

·Experience managing or organizing large group activities

·Effective communication skills

·Effective conflict management skills

·Computer knowledge including spreadsheets and word processing

Preferred Qualifications

·Experience working in a Union environment
