Responsible for formatting all documents throughout the proposal stages, including color reviews and proposal pricing documents. Apply corporate templates to proposal documents ensuring company standards are upheld. Incorporate the fonts and heading levels that are required by the customer for proposal compliance. The Desktop Publisher must have the ability to work within the strict government requirements (font, size, color, etc.). Responsible for quality assurance of the documents to include appropriate headers/footers, exhibits, and disclaimer information. Execute all hard copy redline changes in the document, as well as running a spell check. Collaborates with Proposal Manager/Coordinator throughout the proposal process from draft to final production.

Qualifications:

· BS/BA preferred

· 7 years of experience supporting similar Federal contractors.

· Must have an easy going personality and work well in a team oriented, fast-paced environment.

· Must be able to multitask and complete projects in a timely manner.

· Must be independently motivated and schedule-driven with a proven history of successful coordination and meeting deadlines and have a flexible schedule.

· Must have advanced word processing and desktop publishing experience using MS Word.

Clearance:

· Must possess an active TS/SCI
