Position Description:

Government Secure Solutions CGI Inc (GSSC) is seeking a mid to senior-level Software Developer to analyze, design and build Java-based applications for Web and Internet environments. This position is based out of Ft. Belvoir, VA.

The position requires a Top Secret SCI cleared individual with a strong programming background to join a team designing and implementing this Enterprise-Level solution which utilizes various toolsets such as Java, JavaScript, Ozone and large scale cloud data store technologies.

Software Development duties include:
� Building of Java-based applications.
� Creation of application layers and modeling techniques.
� Design object-oriented components and coding algorithms.
� Work on existing applications or create new ones.
� Develop and maintain an understanding of biometric data, data ingestion, and cloud technologies, all valuable in the realm of experiences.

Duties involve working with customers and development teams to determine requirements, research technologies and design software to operate within a cloud based infrastructure. Duties will also include testing, documentation, integration and system administration. Development and integration is performed in a fast paced R&D environment. Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, is required.

Additional Duties:
� Design, develop, test and install web based applications using Java and Java Script developed to support INSCOM business processes.
� Assist with administering Linux based development environments
� Able to collaborate with teammates on developing solutions but also to work independently to implement them.
� Work closely with stakeholders to determine requirements.

Minimum Education and Experience
� 5 years experience performing Java coding.
� Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other scientific or technical discipline + three (3) years relevant experience.
� Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other scientific or technical discipline + four (4) years relevant experience,

Possession of an ACTIVE TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance with a Special Clearance Investigation is required to begin employment; US Citizenship is required

Possession of a Security+ or CISSP is required to begin employment. 8570 compliance is required within six (6) months of employment
