Responsibilities

This position is located in the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA), Acquisition and Administrative Management Division, Facilities and Space Management Branch. The incumbent of this position will provide advice and guidance to DCAA management will performing all phases of planning, analysis, formulation, justification, presentation, execution, and review of facilities and space management programs. Coordinates, reviews and analyzes estimates dealing with invoiced rent and security bills form various Federal agencies and military installations. Reviews and processes interagency support agreements and reimbursable work authorizations for facilities.

Qualifications

Specialized Experience: You must have at least one year of specialized experience at the GS-11 level or equivalent. Specialized experience is defined as experience performing analytical, planning and advisory work relative to management, maintenance, repair and utilization of office space and facilities; coordinating facility support services matters with external customers and representatives; developing budget justifications and monitoring budget execution; analyzing and coordinating budget estimates dealing with invoiced rent and security bills from various Federal agencies and/or military installations; and creating and modifying tables in EXCEL.

Volunteer Experience: Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills, and can provide valuable training and experience that translates to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Performance Appraisal: If you are a current Federal employee, you must be rated fully successful or higher on your current performance rating to be eligible for promotion.
