Robert Half Office Team Executive Assistant in Falls Church, Virginia

OfficeTeam has an exclusive opportunity for an Executive Assistant in the Falls Church area. In this role, you will be the right hand to the CEO and act as the main point of contact for the office staff . The Executive Assistant will be expected to manage the office calendar as well as the CEO's calendar, travel arrangements, respond to new inquiries and schedule meetings. Other responsibilities for the Executive Assistant include monitoring the budget, ordering supplies, fundraising, assisting the office staff with general administrative duties as they come up, manage personnel files and client records. This Executive Assistant role is a very important role, as the candidate will be the face of the organization. This role also requires someone to be familiar with social media platforms, as you will be expected to update their Facebook and Twitter accounts. Must have great written and verbal communication skills. This role needs to be filled as soon as possible.
