          Essential Job Functions

          The Offering Sales - Complex position is a senior level sales role in the Global Infrastructure Services (GIS) organization whose objective is to target, grow, and develop existing and prospective client relationships working in close collaboration with CSC’s client-facing, portfolio and delivery organizations.

          Principal responsibilities include:


          • Consult with senior level client executives, in mid-size to large organizations, and CSC client-facing executives to qualify, develop, solution, and close complex infrastructure based transactions that involve multiple CSC services & offerings

          • Collaborate with CSC’s other offering organizations, such as applications and consulting, to develop enterprise-wide selling and solutioning strategies for clients and prospects

          • Work closely with CSC’s industry and Americas regional teams to build targeted account and territory development plans

          • Build excellent client relationships offering value-added, insightful and strategic input to their business strategies

          • Orchestrate resources and build virtual teams committed to and accountable for your client's success

          Job Requirements
          * Minimum 10 years of proven consultative selling experience, preferably selling technology products or services to Global 1000 companies
          * With expertise in outsourcing services, the ideal candidate will have likely balanced their career between marketing, business development, and sales while also developing extensive skill sets in partner and alliance management. Critical soft skills will include outgoing and aggressive personality, who exudes trust, leadership and confidence to their peers and team alike, and a personality of self-assurance, creativity, and camaraderie.
          * Consistently outperform sales quotas; Achievement driven; Highly competitive, Team focused
          * Success in personally identifying and closing major outsourcing contracts valued at over $50M
          * Proficiency in current infrastructure trends and technologies including data center, hosting and storage, workplace, and service management
          * Proficient in account planning and understanding of territory management
          * Ability to understand enterprise wide issues and to structure innovative, integrated solutions that provide IT decision support to global organizations
          * Ability to prospect and manage C-Level and senior level relationships within large organizations
          * Strong organization skills to navigate and lead inter-departmental resources and coordinate across CSC Lines of Business
          * Excellent communication skills both verbally and in written

          Qualifications:
          Basic Qualifications
          * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
          * Master's degree in related field preferred
          * Fifteen or more years of related experience
          * Experience working for tier 1 competitors of CSC
          * Experience in financial engineering aspects of deal development and pricing models

          Other Qualifications
          * Experience with emerging technologies such as mobility, big data, and Xaas offerings
          * Strong communication skills needed to interface with high-level customer representatives
          * Strong strategic management and planning skills
          * Ability to publicly represent company with internal and external clients
          * Ability to use own judgment and initiative in problem resolution
