Chesterfield County Senior Customer Service Representative (Treasurer) in Chesterfield, Virginia

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED; three years of experience in customer service and processing the receipt of funds; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Experience in a public contact environment and proficient keyboarding skills, calculator skills and accuracy required. Knowledge of local government tax collection procedures desired. Excellent customer service, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills desired. Pre-employment drug testing, FBI criminal background check and education/degree verification required.

Duties:

Greet and assist walk-in customers with tax inquiries; perform cashier duties; process mail payments received. Perform other work as required.

Shift:

Monday - Friday; 8:30a.m. - 5:00p.m.
