We are currently seeking a Senior Operations Support Officer in Charlottesville, VA.
Responsibilities:
- Manages administrative and logistics personnel in support of CITP analytic efforts Coordinates with other branches, government staff sections, CENTCOM, and other activities as necessary to coordinate operational efforts and deployment of personnel
- Conducts additional operations related functions as needed as directed by the government PM, COR and Operations Technical Monitor
- Performs his/her primary duties at the NGIC
- Must be required to travel on a short-term, temporary basis to CONUS and OCONUS locations to coordinate all operational requirements
- Conducts planning for use of contractor personnel
Requirements:
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Eight (8) years experience coordinating and managing operations in support of military forces, including planning and managing training, pre-deployment, deployment, sustainment and return of deployed and CONUS-based personnel
- Three (3) years of experience supporting or conducting counterterrorism, counter insurgency or counter IED analysis and targeting activities
- Experienced with JWICS , SIPRNET and NIPRNET tools and databases used to support operations working knowledge of Microsoft® Office® tools, including SharePoint®
REQUIRED EDUCATION
- Bachelors Degree (may substitute 4 years experience for degree for total of 12 years experience)
