          Virginia Tech Director of Development for University Libraries in Blacksburg Virginia United States

          Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Development for University Programs, the Director is responsible for developing strategies and implementing an overall major gift fundraising plan for University Libraries. The Director of Development will serve in this capacity by collaborating with the Dean of University Libraries while under the direction of and in close cooperation with the central development office. The Director of Development will, within designated time frames, develop a comprehensive operating plan to outline goals and strategies that will successfully accomplish fundraising goals that advance University Libraries priorities as identified by the Dean of University Libraries.
