Job Description:

Seeking a Junior business process analyst with excellent organizational skills and can work well within a team environment for the Joint Program Management Office (JPMO) within DHS Office of Cybersecurity and Communications (CS&C). CS&C is responsible for enhancing the security, resiliency, and reliability of the national cyber and communications infrastructure. Work with senior staff and project managers to support and maintain program management as directed by DHS leadership and program mission.

Must be a US Citizen with an active Secret or Top Secret clearance.

BA or equivalent +1 -3 yrs related experience, or MA + 1 yr related experience.

Process areas: Meeting coordination and support; stakeholder relationship management; strategic initiative implementation oversight; and coordination and decision support for DHS leadership. Collaborative work product development to support identified processes: meeting agendas; meeting and teleconference scheduling; background material development; meeting minute development; coordinated action tracking; draft analytical white paper and decision paper development; draft standard operating procedure development; formatting and management data collected through open-source partner vetting; Key services: assists with general administrative tasks; .complex task and project management; technical/analytical writing and editing in support of Government decision-making;assist with open source research of potential information sharing partners
